Eddie in action
Milton, ON - Eddie Maunder from Deerfield GC in Oakville took advantage of perfect scoring conditions today on the Copperhead Course at Rattlesnake Point GC in Milton. Eddie posted a tidy 5 under par 67 and that was good enough to win his first career GHT title. Maunder's round consisted of 1 eagle, 4 birdies, and 1 bogey on the Par 72 Copperhead layout. Ciaran McAleavey of Glen Abbey continued his strong play this spring shooting 69 and finishing alone in 2nd place. Colin Murray (Peninsula Lakes), Andrew McCormack (Putting Zone Canada) and David Moro (Credit Valley) all shot 70 to finish in a tie for 3rd place as a GHT record 8 players broke par in todays round. Thank you to Rattlesnake Point Head Professional Josh Doan and his staff for the hosting the event as the golf course was in great shape and is always a solid test of golf.
