Ron Kenesky of Hidden Lake Golf Club shot a 4 under par 67 to capture the first event of the GHT season today at Burlington Golf and Country Club. Ron's 67 was two shots clear of Rick Sovereign of Hidden Lake. Reggie Millage of Glen Abbey Academy rounded out the top three posting an even par 71. The morning players had to deal with cool, rainy, and windy conditions and Eddie Maunder was the low player in the morning with a respectable 73 strokes. Canadian PGA Club Professional Champion Brian Hutton also shot 73 to gain a tie for fourth.

A big Thank You goes out to Trevor Fackrell and his staff for all their organization and hospitality throughout the day. Event #2 is scheduled for Monday June 6th at Rattlesnake Point.
